I once saw a man stop a cannon with his bare hands in order to save a baby from being hit. Hours later that man died in a knife fight. His name was Herbie. That baby was Moses Cleaveland, the founding father of the great city of Cleveland. Herbie doesn't know it but he has a profound connection to Alena Rosa Reyes, a beautiful young photographer reigning from the C L E.
