Paradise on Earth
Monday, February 6, 2012 at 08:11AM I had the honor of meeting one of today's photography greats recently. We talked for a couple of hours about photography and everyday life. I learned that Parish Kohanim's mentality on life in general is truely portrayed in his work. Every one of his photographs are like beautiful paintings in which he highlights the natural beauty in each subject rather than the creation of a post-processed Barbie doll. After our conversation, I began to look at not only photography, but the world around me in a different light. His approach to every form of photography remains the same; capturing the beauty in all things.
